The position requires at least a 60% of travel to customer sites. Essential ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager GE Water Spain will: - Identify and development new accounts and sales opportunities; - Maintain current accounts; - Manage development and execution of strategic sales plans; - Identify gaps in the market place that limit the sales; - Identify customers needs and prepare adjusted offers to meet their needs; - Plan and develop technical and sales offers; - Maximize sales volumen in each customer. Qualifications/Requirements: - Chemistry degree or similar; - At least 4/5 years of experience in the water treatment or similar industry; - Fluent in English; - Proven sales experience; - Strong customer focus; - Results oriented; - Good communication skills (both oral and written); - Flexible: able to work in a uncertain environment; - Decisive: able to take calculated risks within his/her scope of responsibility; - Teamplayer.
